Keith Waldbauer is a co-owner and bartender here at Liberty. In addition, he is an Associate Mixologist and Consultant with Liquid Kitchen, the beverage arm of Kathy Casey Food Studios. He is a founding member and Vice-President of the Washington State Bartenders Guild, a published writer on spirits and cocktails, and his drinks have been featured in books, magazines and newspapers both regionally and nationally. Prior to Liberty, Keith tended bar at Union, Vessel and Barrio in Seattle. Keith also holds a degree from The Jack Kerouac School of Disembodied Poetics at The Naropa Institute….that has nothing to do with bartending, but it’s pretty cool.
